Parent Information
The success of any youth program is largely determined by how well it
communicates with you, the parents. Therefore, the purpose of this page is
to keep you informed about the activities of First Presbyterian Church and
its youth ministry programs. It is here that you will find up-to-date
information on program dates and times and read about cancellations. You
will find information on upcoming events, download permission slips and
medical forms, find details about price, transportation, and meal money.
You will also be able to view parent sign-up sheets in case you forget
when you signed up to volunteer. If you have suggestions on how this page might
serve your needs more effectively, please contact The Rev. Pamela Henshell
at henshell@fpcdavenport.org or by phone at
563-326-1691.
As of January 1, 2001, all youth and young adult activities require a health and medical release form. Click here to view and print the form. Return the completed form to The Rev. Pamela Henshell
at henshell@fpcdavenport.org or by phone at
563-326-1691.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this form.
Child Protection Policy
In order to provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children and youth,
First Presbyterian Church adopted a Child Protection Policy in December 2000.
All paid church staff and all volunteers who work with children or youth are screened
and asked to read and sign a "Code of Conduct." A policy brochure is available by contacting office@fpcdavenport.org.
Upcoming Youth Events:
Middle School Fellowship (Grades 6-8)
High School Fellowship (Grades 9-12)
